    • Watches: For watch returns, please ensure there is no damage, dents, or signs of wear. Note as well that any additional accessories such as extra straps, warranty card, and manuals must be intact. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as clearance items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return information.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@goldentreejewellers. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product.)
  4. Packaging: Please securely package the item to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds
